CHANGING PILLOWS

We’re just as guilty as anyone else of forgetting things or taking certain things for granted. Take for instance, your pillow. Whenever you wake up with a pain in your neck, the first conclusion you’re likely to jump to is, “I slept on it wrong” – and most of the time, that’s simply not the case. It could very well be your pillow.

How often are you changing your pillow? If your answer is every couple of years, we may have just found your source of pain. Pillows should be changed every 3-6 months. Yes, that’s right, every 3-6 months. Some hold up better than others, so you may need to adjust that time accordingly. Regardless, a good rule of thumb is twice a year. If you think that’s too much, just remember, your sleep is worth it.
